On odd minutes - each teammate completes 20 Air Squats
*Weighted Shuttle Runs = KB/DB Farmer Carry, Weighted Plate, or Barbell Carry
*On even minutes - each teammate completes 5 Push-ups
*On odd minutes - each teammate completes 10 Air Squats
100 Sit-ups (or Flutter Kicks)
Complete for time.
