With a partner, complete the following -
AMRAP in 20:00 min.
While one partner completes run and burpees, the other partner will hold a loaded barbell (135/115/95 lbs).
Barbell may be held in any position
(hang grip, front rack, back squat, etc.)
The loaded barbell will be passed to each partner, but must not be placed on the ground.
If the barbell is placed on the ground, each partner must perform 15 burpee penalty.
*Loaded Barbell may be substituted by empty barbell, plate, kettlebells or dumbbells.
