"The AEQUITAS Hot Potato!"
Athletes are positioned in a circle ("Bakers").
One athlete is placed outside the circle ("Timer").
Athletes begin to pass around 1-2 "hot potatoes" (medicine balls).
The "Timer" completes 33 burpees, while the "hot potatoes" are passed around the circle.
When the "Timer" has completed 33 burpees, whoever is left holding the "hot potato" joins the "Timer" group.
The next round begins with the new group of "Timers," and the remaining "Bakers."
The "Timers" work together to complete a combined total of 33 burpees, with one "timer" completing burpees at a time.
When the "Timers" have completed 33 burpees, whoever is left holding the "hot potato" joins the "Timer" group.
The rounds are repeated until there is only one "Baker" left standing!

With a partner, complete the following -
80 Flutter Kicks (Single Count)
*400m Sandbag (weighted) Run
AMRAP in 33:00 min.
Athletes are divided into teams of two.
One athlete will complete Toes-to-Bar, Burpees, and Flutter Kicks, while their teammate completes 400m Sandbag Run.
When the athletes returns from Sandbag Run, they will switch and pick up where their teammate left off.
Team Score = Total Rounds Completed
*Sub in Knees-to-Elbow, Hanging Knee-Tucks, or Hanging Single Leg Alternating Knee Tucks for Toes-to-Bar
*Sub in 400m Run (unweighted) for 400m Sandbag Run
400m Partner Carry
Athletes switch of carrying each other for 400m.
Any method of carry is permitted.
