3 Push-Press (115/95/75 lbs)
3 x 4:00 min. AMRAP
Rest exactly 1:00 min. between rounds.
-Partners share a loaded barbell.
-Only one partner may complete reps at a time.
Team Score = Total Reps for 3 rounds.

On first minute - perform 1 Pull-up, 1 Push-up, 1 Air Squat
On second minute - perform 2 Pull-ups, 2 Push-ups, 2 Air Squats
On third minute - perform 3 Pull-ups, 3 Push-ups, 3 Air Squats, etc.
Complete until required pull-up, push-ups and air squats cannot be completed within the minute.
Score = Minute reached until failure.
