With a partner complete the following -
200m Farmer Carry (2 x KB 1.5/1 pood)
AMRAP in 20:00 min.
Partners will start together at the starting line.
One partner will complete Farmer Carry at a time.
When the athlete places down the kettlebell, they will run back to "tag" their partner at the starting line.
That partner must then run to where their partner "left off," and continue the Farmer Carry.
Team Score = Combined AMRAP 200m Farmer Carry
*Sub in Partner Piggy-back for Farmer Carry
*Once the athlete drops their partner, partners should switch Piggy-back Carry.
*Team Score = Combined AMRAP 200m Partner Piggy-back Carry.
