Kettlebell Races! (400m)
-Complete in teams of 2-3.
-Teammates work together to carry single (or double) kettlebell for 400m loop.
-Only one teammate may carry kettlebell at a time, carrying kettlebell as far as they can.
-Once teammate has placed kettlebell on the ground, he/she must run back to "START" line.
-Once teammate has returned to "START" line, they will "tag" in their teammate waiting at the "START" line
-Teammate must then run to where kettlebell was last dropped, and continue to carry kettlebell as far as they can.
-Teammates repeat until kettlebell has been carried for 400m loop.
"Around the World!"
With a partner, complete the following:
100m Piggyback Carry
50 Double-unders (or 100 Jump-rope Singles)
50 Sledgehammer Tire Strikes
50 KB Squats (1.5/1 pood)
AMRAP in 30:00 min.
-Stations will be set up around perimter of 400m loop
-Teammates will advance to each station and complete required reps at each station
-Reps may be divided any way, but only one teammate may complete reps at a time
3 x Partner Resistance Band Runs
(50m Resistance Run/50m Sprint)
